Early voting begins 29 days before an election. Registered voters may come to the Monterey County Elections Department located at 1370 B South Main Street, Salinas (in the Nob Hill Shopping Center) to cast their vote Monday through Saturday between 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. and up to 8 P.M. on Election Day.
